Every Anamalz is made to be loved for years to come, which is why all Anamalz manufactured from 2020 onwards are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, or if a manufacturing fault develops over time, we'll happily replace it. Simply email us at info@anamalz.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

We also accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you've changed your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
